On Thursday 29 September, over 220 people, from the congregation, the local community, and further afield, including the Prime Minister Theresa May, gathered at St Peter's Church for a special service to licence our new vicar.  During a lively service, involving both Andrew Proud, the Bishop of Reading, and Olivia Graham, the Archdeacon of Berkshire, the Reverend David Short, formerly curate of Christ Church, Chorleywood, was inducted as vicar of both St Peter's Church and St Mark's Church, Maidenhead.
