Headed by Jeff Knight, Alpha Liberia supports The New Life Recovery Centre which provides a recovery programme catering for the needs of drug addicts and people addicted to alcohol. Its mission is to transform and restore broken lives. In 2018, 145 Alpha courses were held including 75 Youth Alpha, 11 Prison and 59 Alpha courses in churches. A total of 1,177 guests attended courses.
CCiS has a vision to make Jesus known in primary and secondary schools in Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead through partnerships with the local churches and with Scripture Union. Wayne Dixon works in a number of schools in the area.
Mark and Rosalie Balfour (our former vicar and his wife), provide pastoral support for the staff of Street Kids Direct and partner projects in Central America and supporting others engaged in difficult urban ministries.
Street Kids Direct Guatemala reaches out to street children at risk and their families in Guatemala City providing them with mentoring and showing them the love of Jesus.
Open Doors serves persecuted Christians world wide through the delivery of bibles, training, advocacy and prayers.
Re:Charge R&R provides long term compassionate, non-judgemental support for families in need in Maidenhead. Sessions give parents time to chill, chat and make friends.
Yeldall Manor is a Christian centre for men who want to overcome serious drug or alcohol addictions so that they can go on to live life to the full.
